Surprisingly tasty pizza at the Safari Park cooked to order thin crust with a generous layer of gooey mozz. Worth the wait and stomach space while you're admiring all the animals! View all feedback.

What Apoorv Avram doesn't like about Barking Deer:
The pizzas are burnt and have bases that separate. Either the oven is too hot or the dough is underhydrated; probably both. Doesn't seem to be the staff's fault, they seem helpful. Also takes 20+ minutes to prepare, so Thorntree Terrace across the road is a faster bet even if the line is long.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible. Is out in the open. View all feedback.

"Completely different weekend experience vs. Weekday. Ordered 2 acai bowls. Waited for 20 min....multiple customers who ordered after me receiving their orders which were very similar. Go up to ask about our order and am told it 's being made when obviously it 's not because someone who once again just ordered...their order is being made and I don 't see ours being prepped in the slightest. Told they are pre orders when I questioned the staff, when it was obviously not, just a deflection. Then didn 't even know what I ordered. I 'm good, just give me a refund....I get it, young kids working, but, there should be professional staff or even ONE staff member exercising good leadership, not letting the team blare their music so customers have to shout over the music to even order, which is what my wife and I experienced. Offered a gift card....no thanks, a sorry about that and maybe actually make our bowls would be better actually. Elaney was the young lady I dealt with who was also training a new staff memeber bad habits....so sad...."
