What Eric Harlan doesn't like about Croutons:
The ipad basically forces you to tip. No problem but the employees aren't nice/helpful/properly trained. They now charge for every little item (buffalo chicken apparently doesn't come with ranch or blue cheese. That is extra. Again, no problem though thats a dumb concept (like a salad without dressing). Even when I ask to be charged for it they forget and then force me back in line to pay the 80 cents. I have to wait... View all feedback.
