What Heather Dunmoyer doesn't like about Hard Rock San Diego:
The front desk staff were friendly, and the room seemed clean but the wallpaper was peeling and there were poorly patched places on the walls. There was also a huge stain on the ceiling. The remote control for the TV was missing so I had to call and get one. The quality has certainly declined.
