Good food, quick service, pretty laid back atmosphere. We were hoping to sit outside but it looked pretty run down. Inside has a small bar and the restaurant was deserted at 1230 on a Tuesday. Camarones a la Diabla was super spicy as advertised. Their pork dish was very good. A little pricey, I was initially looking at shrimp enchiladas which would have been $23. View all feedback.
What Sophe D doesn't like about Mariscos La Rancherita:
Not worth the price! Small portions big price! Then you have to ASK for refills on drinks....I always thought that was their job to ask.... Then we end up finding a hair in one of our meals....no bueno! View all feedback.
We intended to try the place around the corner but really why? When we already have a good thing going at mariscos ? Rancherita! And just like the first time they did lot disappoint! Repeat customers. Great stop off the freeway on the way home from pomona to arroyo grande. Now we drive down because it’s goodfood! Flaky tender fried tilapia !
Food was small portions and tasted bland...chicken look old..I had one bite and did not eat the rest..
Great authentic Mexican cuisine! Tamales and burritos especially tasty. Service was exceptional!
Very good come Chile Verde plate with rice and beans/ corn tortilla. The Chile Verde sauce was absolutely amazing with flavor and spice. What a nice place to eat at. The service was great too.
