Ramen that taste authentic in American setting. I highly recommend the garlic truffle ramen. Perfectly cooked noodles, firm and glossy. Boiled egg is Japanese style with soft, creamy yolk. The toppings are not Japanese though, mushroom and kale? But it compliments the broth. The karaage (Japanese fried chicken) is also fried the Japanese way. Lightly seasoned, tender and crispy. I tried their classic ramen. It's pretty good. I think the noodles were overcooked though. They were too soft. The tonkatsu broth was creamy. Pork was definitely tasty. The karaage was also tasty. Service was good as well. Overall I recommend if you are in the area. I think it's too pricey for what it was though.
