I got the Fat Noodle bowl with tofu from the Mud Island food truck. They didn't give me a lot of tofu or veggies, mostly just noodles, and It didn't have much spice at all. It had a lot of gravy in it and tasted more like noodle stroganoff. It didn't taste bad though, and I thought the amount of food was fair for the price. read more.
