I was employed by X Market for a month. It was one of the most perplexing jobs I’ve ever had. The employees were great the upper management was poor. Not a lot of direction or transparency. It seems like not a lot of thought was put into menu planning or marketing. Menu suggestions from guest and marketing strategies from staff were continuously dismissed.
