"Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, helpful and excellent service, delicious creations and still relatively affordable for such a high standard. "Handmade ice cream from regional milk from a dairy farm from Bliesgau and fruity sorbets, cakes, waffles and drinks are offered in an ice shop on a side street at St. Johanner Markt. The ice cream is sold on site via the window or a switch, in the café itself and in the outdoor area, via an ice car as well as selected retailers and gastronomy in the region. The ice is made without artificial paint or preservatives. The offer includes a fixed assortment as well as changing varieties depending on the season and availability of regional fruits and raw materials.
