good tapas, good wines and good service, chapeau. as a personal opinion and so you don't have stars...Two things...the eggplant, very rich, but the skin is rough and difficult to eat...no leather and it's a dish of another...if it's a restaurant of marked Andalusian character, in the wine menu you should have a presence of Andalusian wines... a rotary cream for the dessert of that payoyo.
