"We needed one because to find this place, but it was worth the trip. it is what they would expect from an auberge with fresh, well-cooked ingredients with a domestic note. service was friendly, English is limited, so ready to adapt! the set... Menu for 20 euro was excellent and I enjoyed every cursor."

"Nous passions devant depuis plusieurs années se promettant d'aller un jour y manger. Nous y sommes allés en fin d'été. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. La salle n'est pas très intimiste et notre vue était moyenne sur l'arrière du bâtiment et des gouttières. La table, et c'est pour cela que l'on vient, est en revanche à la hauteur de nos espoirs : plats soignés, copieux et au prix juste. Pourrait prétendre à une étoile."

"Finally an Asian restaurant with fresh products, homemade! The cook is a great professional and has enchanted our taste buds. Cooking was perfect and delicious sauces. Soft chicken as ever, beef in fine and melting nets, succulent St Jacques nuts (rahhh I make myself hungry only to think about it. Attent a little long but the boss, adorable, assures only the service and the restaurant was crowded (one of the few opened this day of 15 August, MERCI to them! . More than 30 years that they are there, we quickly understand why. Hait to go back to family to enjoy other dishes!"

"On a professional trip, we made the choice of this restaurant to be right next to the Abbey of Solesmes, but also for these positive reviews. And it was indeed a very good choice! I have for my part chosen to enter the nuts of Santiago (exquisite) and in flat a piece of beef that was quite excellent! Nature, as associated with its wine bond to the shallots... I highly recommend that you even make a little road to taste their cuisine based on fresh and local products!"

"Stayed here on our way down to Bordeaux as it was convenient after getting off Caen ferry and having a short drive in time for a stroll then dinner. Hotel is located in centre of village in front of the spectacular Abbey and has its own secure car park. We had a fabulous dinner in the restaurant and our only reservations were that the decor looked a little dated and we wondered what it would be like on a hot summer day as we were not aware of any air conditioning."
