I have returned a few times for lunch and it has been consistently fresh food sourced locally. The menu and the (reasonably priced) wines represent the high quality of the Rhone region, and the hotel grounds are most relaxing. It helps that the service is multilingual. Beautiful place, attentive staff and good food. Small downside, when booking we indicated on the site, because you can specify it, that it was a wedding anniversary. The maître d' had mentioned it at the beginning and then nothing. No attention, even the smallest one, e.g. small candle on the dessert.
