O Celta from Sabugal Menu

What apfsantos doesn't like about O Celta:
We had Bacalhau à Celta (is not that good) and Bucho (came warm and rubby). Asked for rice which was overcooked and mushy. For desert we had carrot cake which was not extraordinary. The only thing that was good was the house red wine. Avoid this restaurant. read more.
