I loved this place so much! The gelato is very good (like in many places in Italy) but this gelateria has a beautiful terrace and the people who work in it are the kindest. Plus, the location is pet friendly and we could go in with our dog. Highly recommended for a gelato in a chilled environment. View all feedback.

Il Gelatone has a great location; right in the center of town, just off the Piazza del Poppolo. It's perfect for after dinner in the square. There's a nice area to sit just above the river, which gives it a neat ambiance. The gelato is pretty good, and there are always a lot of options to choose from.
