I think you might reconsider the hours of your business being open and maybe try staying open later on Friday and Saturday night. Burgers and Brews stays open till 4am because they get a lot of customers after 12am. Especially workers getting off at midnight and want to go eat with coworkers after a long shift. the same terrible quality food they know and hate of la granacha, but served on a teller and charged in a chic ambiente. seriously, it's the same thing, don't you believe me? they wait until later in the evening when it comes out at both ends. heard of the same people and nothing is really different about the institution. there are much better street tactics that you had, that's not it.
