Best hu tieu nam vang in Sacramento. Hu tieu nam vang is a clear, chewy noodle with a variety of meats, pork intestines, and seafood that can be eaten dry or with broth. Simple in concept but extremely hard to do right. This place is one, if not the best serving this dish in all of California. They also load up on the amount of meats also and prices are very reasonable. The soup broth is to die for. View all feedback.

The quality has gone down so much, for a dish that they are popular for now taste horrible. It's soggy over cooked noodles. Even though prices have gone up but at the least don't give old rotted veggies. You can't serve your customers veggies that are welted and old. View all feedback.
