First time at Binchoyaki. I made a reservation a few days in advance. When my party arrived, we were greeted by the host and seated within a few minutes. Our waitress provided great recommendations and was awesome overall. The only issue with the service was that it took a while before we were able to place our first order after being seated. Biggest complaint 20% gratuity required on all bills even for table size of 3. Food prices were already high too. There should be large signs posted everywhere if you're charging a mandatory tip not just small fonts on an online menu.All other aspects of dining was good from the food to the service.
