Boston Market - Sacramento

I was always a fan of boston market but the food here which cost me $15 for an individual meal tasted old and dry snd was inedible. i fed the chicken to my dogs ????. never again. guess the workers here dont care about their jobs. i predict it closessoon. .

This is outrageous I placed a catering order from this company on a Monday for our business meeting on Wednesday and they are over 2 hours late delivering our order. The sales rep that helped was very nice and helpful but just being late like this wewill jot order from them again

I hadn't tried Boston Market for 15 years, and was excited to retry it, and had modest hopes and an open mind. I really wanted to like it, but after two visits I'm totally underwhelmed, as the food was really mediocre. Small pieces (leg and thigh werethe smallest I've ever had), no seasonings, and the mashed potatoes and so-called gravy were bland. Even the cornbread was atotal dud, and seemed like it was baked a week ago. Honestly, this place makes KFC and Popeyes shine, as they're SO muchbetter, there's really no comparison. For rotisserie chicken, the ones at Costco and any supermarket that cooks them is a bettervalue, and probably tastier. There's a reason this chain has been struggling for years, and I won't be going back.

Very disappointed to expensive to receive rubbish like this. Ceaser salad not edible, very brown lettuce. Definitely miss the previous menu. No more turkey, or roast beef. The menu has gone down hill.

When I think of Boston market, I usually think of Thanksgiving food. However, to my surprise there was no turkey sold here! My fault for not eating here often enough and knowing! However, the ribs and rotisserie chicken were delicious so I would come backfor that. I got my food relatively quick to-go and the folks here were friendly.
