Been coming here for quite some time for an occasional lunch out. Called today at lunch, put on hold for almost 10 mins then when they finally got back to me gave me a second to respond before hanging up on me. I called back and asked not to be put on hold and was put on hold anyway... bad business... and whoever was taking to the phones today should be mentored on their customer service skills... so I went to Tres H...
