The Chinese restaurant has been owned by the same family since 1945. You have experienced a lot of changes in Uptown Sacramento. The restaurant is simple and unpretentious. Ordered for lunch take out. Had the number 3 lunch special which is S S chicken, chicken chow mien and pork friend rice. I literally only got 4 pieces of sweet sour chicken with it. A co worker of mine had mentioned this to me in the past but I thought maybe they just gave him a couple pieces and it was a 1 off occurrence.
