A full rack of ribs was not offered in the Meal Plates as described in the order. I only received 3 ribs in the 3 meat plate and 4 in the 2 meat plate. I Love the fact the BBQ sauce wasnt on the ribs. The tri-tip was cut incorrectly and was super chewy. The slice of brisket was tasty but was a short slice.
