What Cara M doesn't like about Li Cha Tea (t4 Cafe):
I was very disappointed nothing creamy or milky about it. It honestly tasted like a passionfruit icee..with a spot that tasted more smoothie. I know its hot. Dont change your loyal customers order or use mostly ice and highly unlikely a splash of milk. View all feedback.
