Visited Malabar for my friends birthday. Malabar is or favorite restaurant for the both of us. We had the BBQ Salmon and it was very very good. The dinner was wonderful and we had a good time laughing and talking and enjoying our meal. We will definitely be back read more.

I had a reservation for 10 and the table was so small that we could hardly move. In addition, the table was under an open staircase where the customers lay footprint directly above our food. "This place is amazing. They have a wide selection of sizes, yogurt flavors and toppings. They have really friendly employees and they motivate kids to get good grades do they can get a free 12 oz. yogurt with toppings! They also give free water so you don't have to pay for the water! "Gai 'N Rice has never failed to disappoint me in every meal I have had here. Each rice plate is portioned well, has great flavor, and leaves you satisfied that you are glad you ordered what you got. I get the Take2, and swap out the lean meat for dark meat. The combination of the crispy chicken and the flavorful dark meat, along with the soybean sauce and sweet chili sauce, gives the dish so much flavor to play with. Additionally the plate comes with a small bowl of broth that is just so refreshing. I 've had the Thai Coffee and Thai Tea here as well. It 's not too strong on the coffee or tea flavor, but it also isn 't just diluted by the dairy they use. I enjoy it a lot if I 'm having it in the afternoon. Gai 'N Rice is my favorite comfort meal within the Sacramento area and I would implore anyone who hasn 't had it yet to go and try it."
