Food was excellent, service not very good. I stopped on the eve to find out when the last service was and was told 19:30. Good enough because they're closing at 8. When we came there at 7:15 and said we wanted to dive, the young man immediately said we had to be out at 7:45. Then we said we had to pay immediately and come back to our table to get the payment. Absolutely delicious! The best Ramen in Sacramento.. every thing was very fresh and the staff is very friendly. 10/10
