The straight espresso is lovely, and the space warm and inviting, but each time I’ve ordered a milk drink (latte, cortado) the milk was steamed unbearably hot. Burnt, really, to the point that the flavor of the milk starts to turn. It might be time to “reset” and start using a milk thermometer to get this right. View all feedback.
