What User likes about Pho Saigon Bay:
Casual Dining, various menus. Average spring rolls, amazing lemongrass chicken! Had the #48 and it was more food than I could eat. Large parts. Some people saw the Pho ordered and the extras that came with him seemed fresh and plentiful. Looks really good! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Pho Saigon Bay:
Food was incredibly well prepared The atmosphere was something to wish. AC didn't seem to be, and the front door muddled like crazy and I saw a waiter sneak in his hand and then put a court in front of a customer. View all feedback.

Food was amazing! Enjoy the Calamari and the egg rolls. Pho broth was a little bland, but was very clean. Meat proportion for the Pho was good.
