Pretty rude customer service from Hispanic female. Definitely felt like they try to estimate a longer wait time (45minutes) so you would leave, noticed lots of people leave because of the absurd time estimate. My smoothie only took about 20 minutes compared to the 45 minutes she estimated. I don’t want to feel like an inconvenience when I am paying 10 for a smoothie.
