What User doesn't like about Thai Lotus Cuisine:
It appears that there is a new owner and chef at this restaurant who is not familiar with preparing the dishes on the menu. They do not seem to follow instructions and disregard customers' allergies. Despite ordering a Thai salad with tofu and peanut dressing, I received a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, a few cucumber slices, and ranch dressing for $12. The best Thai restaurant!!! We had the cucumber salad, papaya salad, sticky rice and silver noodles. It blow my senses. Also order drunken noodles, fried rice and mango sticky rice to go ????
I did a review for this place yesterday and I had.. Food was great while I dined in and did get a take out order of Laab (larb gai) and I have to say as a former Thai cook I truly enjoy yours! I would go back just for that!!! Great job!
Great Thai food! Definitely a hidden gem worth seeking out. I tried the pumpkin curry with chicken from the specials menu not knowing what to expect and was impressed with how it tasted. Boon provided great service and friendly conversation during the meal.
We were super hungry after my daughter's graduation. We decided on Thai food, and my daughter had initially suggested another restaurant near Golden 1, but saw Lotus Thai, which is literally across the venue. We ordered a few appetizers, fresh and fried spring rolls, calamari, papaya salad, wonton soup, and I know, looking at the attached pics, we kind of ordered a lot of fried rice dishes, but some of us have allergies or preferences. Everything that we ordered came out fast, fresh, and delicious. Our server was very patient and did a fantastic job. We will definitely come back and will try the other dishes. We found a gem! This Thai restaurant is by far the best I have ever been to. The service is exceptional and the atmosphere is truly authentic. Highly recommended!
