Always packed wit people, so expect to wait for your food.
This is the WORST Chick-fil-a I have EVER been to.I went this evening and unfortunately had some car trouble. One of the employees told me not to worry and just be safe and to park in the drive thru parking.I was stuck there for 3 hours due to the weather. When the tow truck driver got there one of the managers came out yelling at us to “hurry this up” and “wrap this up” not caring about the situation or the paying customer who just sat in your lobby for 3 hours and even got more food then planned.This was the worst experience and it wasn’t even because my car broke down it was because of the way I was treated by the employees.I’m hoping the general manager will make this right, I will be contacting them tomorrow and if it goes well I will update this review. As of now I’m highly disappointed how I was treated and shouldn’t be treated by someone getting paid $20 or more an hour.
Nicest chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many. Sturdy furniture and fresh flowers. Kale salad chicken tenders is a slept on combo!
Amazing and totally professional, would definitely go there again :
