Just went through the drive thru to get an iced tea and got all the way home and noticed that McDonalds added extra protein to my drink. A spider!?! This is beyond nasty! I tried calling several times but no one bothered to answer. View all feedback.
Great friendly Service! The guy taking the orders has the greatest professional voice. Very fast service efficient great I'm glad to call them my McDonald's.

Definitely sub par even for McDonalds, nobody (almost nobody) in retail/restaurant/customer service even has an ounce of pride or even have a decent work ethic when it comes to customer service anymore.
Always forget something in my order and last time I got my coffee and they didn’t close it good and It spilled all over me and burned
Ordered a fish sandwich combo yesterday at 10:57 am. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. Fries were so over salted they crunched when you ate them. The bun had to have been left out overnight. It was so tough I could hardly chew it. Also because it was so dry, the tarter sauce dripped all over my clean shirt and seat belt. Could not go back and return it because I was late for a meeting. Ruined half my day. Ended up making lunch at home later in the day.
