I love South Quarters Cuisine!! They never fail to hit it out the park! On my first visit I purchased a slab of ribs fall off the bone tender), and a pound of the beef juicy, tender, smoked to perfection). It was Love at First Bite!! Today I went to south quarters for lunch. Upon arriving at the restaurant my expectations immediately took a dip. I will say the employee that handled me was pretty rude. The food is definitely a 4 star but the brisket is probably the worst item on the menu. It's rubbery, I would recommend going for the ribs. The rice beans were really good though. I ordered 2 combo meals. Brisket tasted old and reheated and was tough and chewy, Mac and cheese was disgusting and also tasted old, same with the potato salad....
