I like to go to this Starbucks when I go grocery shopping. I sometimes order before I shop to have a drink while walking around Safeway. Other times I will order after I shop and before I leave. The only issue I usually have is slow service. It's not because of the employee. It's because they get busy and they usually only have one employee at a time working. Everytime I mobile order I dont get my stuff for 20 minutes! I try ordering 15 Minutes in advanced so that I can avoid having to wait another 10 minutes for my drink. People in line will order their drinks And then get them around the same time as me. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I'm done with this place. I would have been much happier with Dutch bros and it would have taken the same amount of time. View all feedback.
