try to place an order online, but the website did not work. called and an order instead placed and was said it worked in 20 minutes to be ready. I wanted to pick up my order when it was said to be ready, and when I went to the place, there was a chaos. There is really nothing to complain about except for the long wait we experienced. I ordered an appetizer and the estimated time for my food was 8:00. However, it was not ready for pick-up until almost 9:00. When the menu advertises "hot and ready," it implies that the pizza is already prepared and will not require an hour wait. If it had been a busy night, such as Monday during football season or Friday and Saturday with high demand, I would have understood. However, this was a Tuesday, historically a slow day for pizza businesses. Hopefully, next time the service will be faster.
The service was good, but the pizzas were served quickly, within about 10 minutes. Be sure to let them know if you need more time when placing your order.
This quaint restaurant offers simple food, but the only issue is the slow service. It took us 30 minutes to receive our two drinks, and the pizza crust was too thin. The toppings were sparse, and the cheese was overwhelming. Prices have also increased, which is understandable after years of keeping them low, but the quality of the pizzas should not be compromised. Waiting 30 minutes for a meal is not ideal.
They have screwed my order and refused to repair it. my pizza had no sose either.
I ordered online and my order was ready to be picked up about 12 minutes later. it was great, just when I went home and got into the load, I got the notification that it was ready. So it was nice and hot when I got it. the personal was polite and welcomed me, although I was an online order. they made sure I had what I needed before I left the load. I was very happy with all the experience
