Öncelikle Aydın pide Karabük'te yediğim en iyi pide. Muadili restoranlara göre seçilen etin kalitesi, kıyma/baharat dengesi, hamurun çıtırlık derecesi ve pideni...

Mixed picturesque and satisfying. As with other pide shops, it does not have a thick dough layer. custard part was the most delicious part.
