Seek out Kazanocagi. You will be fussed over by three generations of young Burak’s kindly, smiling people, regardless of what language you speak. Then order from the menu (it’s meat- and vegetarian-friendly) and watch the ladies make manti and utterly beautiful gozleme in the front window.
