"Dropped in close to closing time on a Monday night. They closed at 8PM, but we were welcomed to enjoy a meal. We are two couples travelling by motorcycle. The menu allowed one to design their own pizza from scratch, the sauce, toppings, whatever you...preferred. This pizza is then cooked in a wood fired oven, result is amazing. You could return multiple times and enjoy a different pizza each time. I have been to other joints thats offered wood fired pizza, but was limited in selection. This place is not a franchise, but a one of, that prepares fresh ingredients each day for your pleasure. Our server spoke some english, I was only one that could not speak french, but I would have been OK. A real treat if you like pizza, highly recommended. Will definitely eat here again next time I am passing through."

"What silly staff here. I made a reservation for 14h15 and was told by the server that they are closed for an hour and she could not understand why I was surprised that they offer reservations for times they don't serve food. She honestly thought Iwas the crazy one!"

"This is a large manufacturer of pasteurized cheddar in various forms including curds. there is a short video in English or French on the origin of the company and a window on the production area. we were looking for a last cross-cheese so that it was not found here, but the 3 year old cheddar was good."

"All the sushi places that I've tried here in the Saguenay region tend to have their own take on sushi (not all traditional fish used and lots of fruit incorporated). With this said, Temaki does the best. Best to get a reservation, as they tend...to be busy at all hours especially on weekends. This is also the only place offering a food truck that will come to special events."
