Got the #3 combo extra hot and honestly it was too much. I find most of the hot chicken chains are never that spicy to me. This place is HOT. But I don't think it's a flavorful heat, just painful. I'd get hot or even medium if I went back. The food is ok. Big thick chicken tender.
