Maybe not the staff fault? ...but these people are depressed. You can hear the groan in their voice when you place the order. . . They also can 't do certain things that other places don 't seem to mind...some wrong here. Food is fair. Speed is good. Just sucks the joy outta you... pulled over to do the review.
