Clean with quick service at this Carl's Jr spot. I sat down after placing my order and just minutes later, an employee brought my tray to me!That was such a nice touch ?Another employee later showed compassion by smiling authentically at a man who was clearly down and out who asked for a simple cup of ice water. Waited in an empty restaurant to order. They were more focused on drive thru times than taking our order inside. Waited 15min just to place our order. Ended up leaving as they kept focusing on drive thru orders. View all feedback.
