What Carina M likes about Dumpling Time:
Shrimp toast not what I thought it would be. Used to British type of shrimp toast. Seafood gyoza good but there is a spicy powder on it that some may find too spicy. It was perfect. Har gow good. Siu mai good. XLB was ok but I think if it had been eaten fresh at the restaurant it wouldve been excellent. Will def be back for in restaurant dining. View all feedback.

Personally I think the quality and taste of the food has declined dramatically since they have opened. Everything used to be fresh and flavorful and honestly it was very bad today. I ordered the seafood gyoza and it was very dry and bland. The skin of the dumplings were dried out and hard like they were old and the seafood inside was bland.
