What Owen J doesn't like about Pagoda House (alma Ave):
Ordered a Chicken Plate and a Beef Plate, and chose Combination Fried Rice and Combination Chow Mein as the sides. They included shrimp that had gone bad. You could smell the sour odor as soon as you opened the box. Had to throw it all out. View all feedback.
