Creative Sips was at Off the Grid, Oakland and, well, I kind of wish I just walked deeper into Chinatown for boba at T4, iTea, RoyalTea or any of the other bubble tea spots. Their Truly Thai $5) seemed a bit watery and the boba was mediocre. I do understand that it may be challenging to replicate freshness when you're in a food truck, as opposed to being in a brick and mortar store, but still... wish I could say I ha...
