I'm not happy with self ordering.I'm also not happy ordering with someone who works and lives in AMERICA and can't understand English. Now, don't get me wrong, I am all for opportunities, bettering oneself, etc. But if you are going to work a counter job, be able to understate the English language and menu items at least.
