"We were warmly welcomed as we entered the building. All the staff is kind, young and caring. They make feel special all the way. And when food started to come in, OMG, our senses could not believe the culinary experience: beautiful presentations, amazing textures and tasteful dishes. They offered us a Selection of wines from the region that was excellent. Iris offered us a smile and a generous and professional service comparable to the best restaurants I have ever been in my entire life. This restaurant is a real jewel that makes the perfect combination with the Chistau Valley activities."

"This was a truly memorable meal in a small, rustic, cozy restaurant. There are only 6 or 7 tables, so it is essential to reserve. Telephone 97455 1584. And be hungry portions are enormous. No one spoke English, but the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The wine, 13 euros, was delicious, and perfectly complemented the steaks, which were grilled on an open fire just a few feet from our table. Desserts were good, too. At the end, they set a bottle of fortified wine on the table for us to help ourselves a nice touch. The restaurant was recommended by the Spanish owner of the apartment we rented, and we were so glad we'd taken his advice."
