"Sainte-Affrique is a city that we always cross without stopping, except for taking a sandwich. The menu was very fast for us. The perfect swimming of eggs in its roquefort sauce, accompanied by its small salad of endives and crusts, was pleasant. The duck magret with Arc honey sauce in heaven immediately followed him with his homemade fries (some lack a cooking cabbage).
