"For a single-handed business, this is nothing short of extraordinary: locally sourced organic ingredients of the highest quality are presented daily in a simple yet subtly original menu which combines great flavours (pork with caramel, tamarind with roquefort, sweetend ewe's milk with pepper) with great attention to detail and presentational flair.Aurelie, a highly-trained pastry chef, can turn her hand to just about any culinary technique, but rather than showing off prefers to concentrate on innovative flavour combinations, while simultaneously handling front of house and table service. "We had read about this place on TA, and went by without booking one lunchtime. it was fully booked albeit it market day , so we booked a table for a few days time. And its easy to see why it was fully booked....We had a fab lunch. Set price. I think 18 euro for 3 courses including wine. Unobtrusive yet attentive service. And we still reminisce about the pudding. The presentation of the food was awesome. And for the price I don't think it could be beaten. Its a smart place, our teens were welcomed, and there were people there with younger children. Appeared to be lots of locals, which is always a good sign. Unfortunately for us we visited it late on our holiday, and wished we could have returned."

"The cuisine is excellent and original, based on local products, we were able to eat on the terrace with the dog, who was given a bowl of water, it was very nice and pleasant! I will return: the Aubrac sirloin was very tasty, as was the sea bream and the accompaniments were excellent. The little hint of chili on the edge of the plate was an excellent idea! Small mention for the homemade iced tea (unsweetened!! , very refreshing and pleasant! Do not hesitate !!"
