I just want to say thanks to the staff of this restaurant for being so kind to us as I brought the cheerleaders in after competition. What Karelle Hermiston doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
After 6 years coming every other day this restaurant has seen my last visit. Used to always get orders dead, now I have to check the bad and mark on drinks after so many mistakes. The last straw was when I used ApplePay (used several times before) and they claimed that the order didn't work and they wouldn't give me a meal. They wanted me to pay again. I went through the drive thru and ordered a couple of meals and a kids meal. I got home and realized they had forgotten my kids meal. I lived a few miles away and wasn't going to drive back, but I wanted to call and let them know. When I called they had already realized they had forgotten it and offered to drive it to my house. I was blown away! When they arrived, they had the kids meal, 6 cookies and a coupon for a free kids meal! I cannot believe the customer service I just received! Thank you Chick-fil-a, you have a customer for life!!
Even on Cardinals home game Thursday, in and out in 10 minutes, with the best chicken sandwich ANYwhere, for free!
I love them I never have a bad experience with this place
