I would give it a 4.5 if I could but it won't let me. I love Jimmy John's. It's always a hit or miss when it comes to delivery. It either takes 45mins+ or some times less. I've had to wait over a hour for one sandwich. I wasnt mad because I still got my sandwich even after being delivered to the wrong house. They explained they only had one driver working that night. I felt bad. Hopefully you get some more drivers. read more.

idk if it 's the fact that I can 't have my sammie seasoned, I have to ask for my wrap to be cut, or the fact that I have to ask for a bag to carry my sandwich, chips, and drink in one hand while also attempting to carry my purse and keys.......its giving very much ghetto mixed with a bit of poor service.
