"Finally! A Restaurant Worth the Drive! As newcomers to the area, we've struggled to find a consistent, positive dining experience. Poor service, long waits, hidden charges, and subpar food had become the norm. Then we discovered Tim's Place in St. Albans. It's officially become our go-to spot for a guaranteed good meal! We were in town for the Tractor Parade and couldn't resist a visit to Tim's. I had my usual delicious Reuben, my husband enjoyed the Diablo pizza, and our daughters devoured the calzone and cheese steak. As usual, everything was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Thank you, Tim's Place!"

"Ladies night was a hit tonight. Outdoor seating with the heaters that are like huge torches were absolutely the coolest. I'm not a big drinker but my friends loved the selection. Choose your own 4 types of beer flights for them and a hot chocolate liqueur drink for me. Devine! Portion sizes are huge so if your worried about cost, just know you will leave with a to go dish for later. Haha Worth it."

"We visited North Hero House in 2017 and since then new management has assumed ownership. They have done an excellent job making thoughtful investments to improve certain things that, frankly, needed some attention. The result is a truly enjoyable Inn that we will definitely return to. A special word should be mentioned about how friendly, courteous and kind the staff is; these are very nice people!Rooms: Rooms are small but have been recently refurbished. Small but very comfortable. Brand new bathrooms with rain head showers were a definite ‘plus’.Nearby activities: With a beautiful lake at your doorstep and French Canada just down the street, this is a perfect “off-the-beaten path” vacation for people looking to decompress and relax.Food drinks: The food has always been basic New England fare and it has only gotten better since we were last here five years ago. The freshness of the vegetables is especially noteworthy."

"No taste, pork, cold, tough and like eating cardboard. I ordered #22, it has 2 red peppers ️ ️ indicating very spicy. Not only that it was not spicy at all it had no taste. I told the man server, he said he will not charge me for my meal. The old lady came with my bill and charged me. She likes to argue with customers. My wife’s food was not only tasteless but had a foul smell and tasted weird. Service, 1/10. Food 0/10. Attitude 0/10. Don’t wast your money. St. Albans has much better food, even Ave Hardware has better snack food. The spring rolls were cooked in very very old oil. Don’t waste your time, health or money. G"

"This is a very good place to eat. Very friendly staff. Food is great and fast. The only complaint is that if you get a drink, they charge you for it and it is tiny. So don't order a drink. That's stupid idea."

"Our server was too busy chatting with people at the bar and on her phone in back. We waited forever to cash out. Also our appetizers took so long that our food came 2 mins later.
