They serve here Vietnamese foods, which means a lot of animal products. Tons of chicken and beef-based foods, which does not include more meat than likely will contain animal brother. When we told our waiter that we were vegan, he told us that many of the items on the menu cannot be made vegan, like the touching frit. I had to pry to find out that items they claim are vegetarian (like Pho) are NOT. Beef and chicken broth are the only ones they have! This was told to me by the people running the restaurant. They said “the broth is chicken/beef, but don’t worry it’s vegan.” UMMM?!?! View all feedback.
