They sold me a rotten chicken egg roll and refused to refund me my moneyThey were also unapologetic about the incident.
I don't think I will go back to this location primarily due to lack of customer serviceI ordered, paid and waited for my food.

"I have been to this place a few times for some reason somebody doesn't know how to read a order?. For the 2nd time I ordered a Giant Chicken Cheesteak Sandwich ended up with a regular Steak Sandwich which was extremely disappointing as it was very salty from the Steak sitting in the Au Jus. I don't understand why it seems to be so hard to read a order thoroughly prepare what the customer has requested!! Maybe they need an Expedited to call the orders in clearly someone to check that the order is prepared the way that the customer requested before it is given to the customer??? I can understand business being busy getting caught up in the moment, but as I said this is the 2nd time!! I used to rave about Jersey Mike's being better than a competitor, but after these latest experiences I am starting to wonder... The best sandwich that I have had there was a BLT sandwich then probably their Tuna sandwich.."
